Itinerary
9.30am - 10.30am Arrival, introduction, morning tea from Cafe Patisserie
10.30am Explanation and demonstration of the different types of propagation
11.30am Tour of Meadowbank, our private 5 acres 'cottage style' garden, a close look and dicussion of the plant species you would like to propagate
12.30pm Lunch from Cafe Patisserie
1.30pm Independent wander around the garden, selecting your propagating material with help and advice, on what is suited to your individual
garden conditions
2.30pm until 4pm Prepare and pot up your selected cuttings
4pm Home with your new plant babies
Bring your finest sunhat!
It would be a good idea to have a box or have a sheet in your car to protect your cuttings when you take them home.
You will be provided with a pair of cutting snips, a propagation kit and gardening gloves which are yours to keep.
You will also take home your personally selected propagated plants, fully prepared and potted, with information on how to provide care for them at home so as to ensure optimum success.
The cost is $350
Included is morning tea/coffee and delicious cake/slice

All propagating materials and tools are supplied, with your own propagation kit to keep
The workshops are held at our private gardens 'Meadowbank', and are strictly limited to a maximum of 10 people

Strictly no smoking or vaping on site.
There are a number of beehives located in the orchard, so lots of bees in the garden.
They are largely sedate and do not cause a problem, however as with all animals they can be unpredictable so please reach out to me if you are allergic.
Please be aware that there are free range chickens, turkeys and guinea fowl on site.
They are our pets and likely will approach periodically as are very friendly and inquisitive.
The workshops will run in the case of inclement weather - umbrellas will be provided!
